Production
CNC Turning
We specialize in the manufacturing of complex turned parts made from titanium, stainless steel and nonferrous metals and plastics, primarily for use in medical technology.​
Wire Erosion
All conventional conductive materials can be processed, including PCD and CVD.
Grinding
In addition to conventional tools, we also specialize in the grinding of surgical twist drill bits for dental technology, rotors for cardiology, bone screws and tips for laboratory technology.
CNC Milling
Complex production with 5-axis and 3D machining of components made of titanium, stainless steel and nonferrous metals, aluminum and plastics, primarily for use in medical technology.
Laser Marking
Various materials such as steel, titanium, brass, aluminum and even diamond can be processed.
QR codes, GS1 data matrices as well as barcodes can also be applied.
Assembly
The SDI GmbH team have many years of experience in assembling and testing a wide variety of products. Test protocols can be generated, if required.

Q-Certificates
The QM system 9001:2015 / ISO 13485:2016 ensures that processes and procedures are adhered to so that process reliability is guaranteed.
Thanks to our production planning system, an electronic production order can be generated for each order. This features every partial stage of processing. They are also labelled with a barcode. This guarantees the traceability of semi-finished and finished products.
